Terms & Conditions


1. VAT/ LST :- Billing from Himachal, LST/VAT will be charged extra as applicable or as has mentioned on the top of each of contents.

2. Delivery : 4-6 weeks after receipt of technical clear supply order.

3. F.O.R. : Destination except far remote locations. Softwares and other add-On's items/ consumables etc, if ordered separately, will be made available from HPSEDC office, Shimla-2. Outside Shimla, Couriers or transport charges shall be charged extra.

4. Warranty : Different Electronics items covered different warranty and warranty period of each items as have been mentioned either on the top heading or against each items. Carry-in warranty on Laptop/ Notebook systems i.e. the user(s) has to bring the Laptop/ Notebook or any other electronics equipments, to the nearest Authorised Service Centre of the respective companies or their ASP's for repair/ test. Software items covered under 90 days Media warranty as per OEM's and does not include the installations and training etc.

5. Payment : 100% advance through DD or Cheque in favour of MD HPSEDC Shimla-2. Supply order should be addressed to "Managing Director, H.P. State Electronic Corporation Ltd, Rattan Kunj, Khalini, Shimla-2.
